At FidaHome, all our products are made and delivered with the utmost care and attention to quality.
Please note: we do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances, except in the case of confirmed manufacturing defects.
In case of a manufacturing defect:
If the product is delivered with a verified manufacturing defect, we will:
- Repair the item on-site,
- Collect it for workshop repair and return it to you, or
- Replace it if the issue is significant and cannot be fixed.
Our team will assess the case and determine the appropriate action.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Items that donβt fit your space
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Damage caused by misuse, handling, or incorrect installation
How to report an issue:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is a defect.
Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect
