At FidaHome, all our products are made and delivered with the utmost care and attention to quality.
Please note: we do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances, except in the case of confirmed manufacturing defects.


In case of a manufacturing defect:

If the product is delivered with a verified manufacturing defect, we will:

  1. Repair the item on-site,
  2. Collect it for workshop repair and return it to you, or
  3. Replace it if the issue is significant and cannot be fixed.

Our team will assess the case and determine the appropriate action.


We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items that don’t fit your space
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Damage caused by misuse, handling, or incorrect installation

How to report an issue:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is a defect.
Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect
